Tzu Chi Four-in-One Cadres Camp Fosters Cross-Border Volunteer Exchange
The 2025 Tzu Chi Four-in-One Cadres Camp was held at the Jing Si Hall in Singapore. Over the three-day camp, four Masters from Jing Si Abode, ten Tzu Chi volunteers from Taiwan, as well as Tzu Chi’s Deputy CEO of Charitable Works David Liu, Director of the Humanistic Culture and Volunteer Development Lin Tianlai, and Humanistic Culture spokesperson Chen Zhuqi, came to Singapore. The program focused on three main areas: nurturing new volunteers, cadre management, and caring for Dharma family members, providing participants with a wealth of learning. The camp also welcomed ten participants from Cambodia, who, despite the language barrier, seized the opportunity to learn.
