Advance Team Revamps Hospital Ahead of Sri Lanka Free Clinic
For the upcoming three-day medical outreach, an advance team of about 46 members departed two days early to set up the venue. As the hospital’s existing facilities were quite basic, volunteers had to find solutions to overcome the shortcomings, such as installing additional power outlets and sinks, since departments like dentistry require substantial electricity and water supply. The team worked diligently to ensure everything was ready, creating a more comfortable environment for both medical staff and local residents to benefit from the medical services.
