Supporting Venerable Master Sek Hui Kee's farewell ceremony (2023)
The former abbot of the Pao Kwan Foh Tang Temple, Venerable Master Sek Hui Kee, passed away peacefully on 15 April 2023. She was a great supporter of Tzu Chi's work during the early days of its establishment in Singapore. The Tzu Chi Merit (Singapore) was invited to help with the behind-the-scenes work of the farewell ceremony. In hope of fulfilling this Dharma destiny, more than 100 volunteers came together to provide support in areas such as handling the reception of Dharma Masters, transportation, meals, emceeing and video recording, among others.
