Tzu Chi’s Large-Scale Free Clinic Returns to Sri Lanka after Six Years
After a six-year hiatus, more than 130 volunteers from Singapore travelled to Sri Lanka to conduct a medical mission at the Katugahahena Divisional Hospital. The mission offered dental, ophthalmology, general practitioner, and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) services. On the first day, the mission, which ran from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., served nearly 800 people.
